The Ceremony
Mics on your officiant and your groom an hour before anyone sits down, tested against the actual wind — because a vow nobody hears is a vow that didn’t happen.
5:00 PM
Cocktail Hour
Music at a volume where your guests can hear each other, while we flip the ceremony sound to the reception room behind them.
6:00 PM
The Grand Entrance
Your wedding party’s names, said right, in the order you gave us — rehearsed in advance, never read cold off a phone.
6:15 PM
Dinner
Volume down, room warm, and we’re walking the floor confirming the next two hours with you, your planner and your photographer.

First Dance
Your song, your edit, your ending. If it’s four minutes and you want three, we cut it clean and you’ll never hear the seam.
