By the time your day arrives there are six or eight of us in that room, and how well we work together is something you will feel even if you never see it. A photographer who knows what I am about to announce gets the shot. A coordinator who trusts my timeline stops managing me and goes back to managing the day. That is not a small thing. It is most of what separates a smooth night from a tense one.
These are people I have actually worked beside. Not a directory, not a paid list, and nobody buys their way on. If a name is here, we have shared a load-in.

Brownstone Gardens — Oakley
Brownstone is one of my favorite places to play, and I am proud to be on their preferred DJ list. It is a garden property that does something most venues cannot. It feels intimate and it holds a crowd at the same time. Raman and the team run it like people who actually enjoy weddings, which sounds obvious until you have worked somewhere that does not. They answer, they plan ahead, and they have never once left a vendor guessing on the day.
Malibu Farm Tiburon — Tiburon
Malibu Farm Tiburon sits right on the water at the end of Main Street, and there is genuinely nowhere else on the bay like it. I am on their preferred vendor list, and Lydia and Scott have sent couples my way more than once. A venue referral is a venue putting its own reputation behind you, and I have never taken that lightly. It is a room that rewards a DJ who can read a smaller crowd, and it is one of my favorite nights of any season.

Ana tells you the truth. That is rarer in this business than it should be, and it is why I have worked three weddings with her and would take a fourth tomorrow. She brought me Joseph and Nathan’s wedding, the one with the drag show and the cake ceremony, which is exactly the kind of day most planners quietly steer away from. She will fight for her couple’s budget, she will tell you when something is not working, and she does not hand a couple to a vendor she is not sure of.
Jenn Greel — AWE Planner
Jenn sends the full vendor thread weeks out. Timeline, floor plan, every name, every tag, and then she updates it when something moves. I have worked three weddings with her, including Steph and Kevin’s at Olema House, and each one felt handled before I ever loaded in. She is onsite going over cues with every vendor in person, which is the difference between a timeline that exists and a timeline that happens.
Brandy Morgan — Elisa’s Catering
Brandy sent me Stacey and Robbie before we had ever met, which is a real thing to do for someone, and then did it again a year later for Ricardo and Marina. She does not just refer, either. She runs the vendor thread herself, timeline out early, changes flagged, venue rules caught before they turn into problems. When a caterer’s coordinator is that far ahead of the run of show, everybody’s night gets easier. If you are getting married in Walnut Creek, she already knows your venue.
Kaci Peel — Kaci Danae Events
Kaci sends the timeline before you ask for it. That is the whole review. She coordinated Claire and Seth’s wedding with every vendor briefed, the floorplan attached, and answers ready to questions I had not gotten around to asking yet. She has also brought me another couple since, unprompted, with the whole brief written out before I had said a word about availability. Coordinators like Kaci are the reason some weddings feel effortless.

ECC Productions
Connor and Emma Cable shot Jake and Kayla’s wedding at Club Los Meganos, and I noticed them the way you notice a good vendor, by not having to think about them once. Connor was locked in the entire night, moving with the room instead of interrupting it, and he got moments I did not even know were happening while I was on the mic. They cover weddings, mitzvahs and corporate work across the Bay Area, and they shoot with a calm that makes a long day feel shorter for everybody in it.
The Uncommon Weddings — Sway Garcia
Sway is the kind of vendor who makes you better by association. We have worked more than one wedding together, and when I asked about featuring his footage he sent two full galleries the same week without being asked twice. His work has a looseness to it that most wedding video does not. It looks like the night actually felt, not like a commercial for it.
Amari Productions
Amari has a real studio behind them. Coordinators, systems, people who answer email, which matters more than couples realize when they are chasing photos six months later. We worked Brandon and Maddy’s wedding at the Palm Event Center together, and I have since watched them untangle a mix-up on their own end with more grace than most vendors manage on a good day.
